talentedripley20005... if this is true,
then not to worry, ameritrade and etrade will be out of business next week.
they have no choice in the matter, this NASD letter is known by the right officials to take immediate corrective action, in the sight of 18 U.S.C.A. Section 471....
Jay's Monday may be a very interesting day...
let the bashers bash themselves right into jail today ... so relax.... longs... take a much needed rest from this fight... we've done our job.... now let the officials do theirs!
Thank You Father

Question for Jay Adobe
If the placing of the Add in the paper was that important to the company, and if we supposedly have Billions of $ if not trillions...
Then why did they wait that long to post it, and why did they choose a small add in the paper instead of buying up the front page of the Wallstreet Journal?
I must be missing something here.
Marc

well that's not 100% correct either...regulators DO RESPOND... it's just not in a letter addressed to the complainant..
btw, the response i'm looking for, is immediate covering of all counterfeit shares to date... with an open ended, on going cover for all future counterfeited cmkx shares, sent to the taskforce.... there is no GOOD reason why the SEC should NOT INSIST PAYMENT OF ALL CMKX COUNTERFEIT SHARES IS DUE AND PAYABLE TODAY... THE DTC SPECIFIED $1.47 IN APRIL... NOW IN JUNE THERE MUST BE INTEREST ADDED ON TOP OF THAT FIGURE ISN'T IT!
DON'T FORGET THE SEC IS ACCOUNTABLE TO PROTECT THE SHAREHOLDERS.... AND YES, THEY DO HAVE JURISDICTION OVER CMKX SHAREHOLDERS, SINCE THE COUNTERFEIT SHARES WERE SOLD IN THE MARKET PLACE, WHILE THE SEC WAS ON "DUTY" TO PROTECT US AND FAILED IN THEIR MISSION TO PREVENT FRAUD IN THE MARKET!

We don't want the company to feel pressured to release news lest they only thing they say is ETGMF. Then that would be catastrophic to the stockholders. No, I'd rather await better news than just that.

you won't get to discovery, any suit you file will be dismissed by the court.... why? because it's already been to district court.... for administrative hearings are on the same level as district court... discovery has already taken place and that's all recorded on the SEC website....
so what's your complaint in district court going to say...huh? you gonna sue the SEC? Don't think so, you have to get permission to sue the government, the answer is usually NO... it comes in the form of a motion to dismiss right after you file your complaint.... and usually 99% of the time the government's motion is granted....
waste of time and money. you lose, your lawyer wins your money.... so what's knew....? think i'll go have a nice tall glass of ice tea....
you are now on ignoredharrisonv6c2r7, cause you don't know the facts and you are spreading crap in every post you make. bye bye

OK, Here is what the CMKX.VUE stands for on the NHRA cars sold in Walmart and K-Mart with the CMKX.VUE symbol on the NHRA packaging backpanel. .VUE means "value" and will be used on all stocks listed to the NVSE(example. ETGMF.VUE, USCA.VUE, CIM.VUE, CMKX.VUE, GEMM.VUE). I will not respond to questions regarding this information nor will I reveal my sources.
