My Amazing Eggplant!

Are some of you finding the CMKX story a bit boring of late? Not to worry: here's some excitement for you! As you'll see, I don't spend all my time on the message boards: I have an EGGPLANT!

I confess I find it rather frightening. I've never grown eggplants before. This type is called "Little Fingers", and when I got it, it was only about four inches tall. I never expected it to show such, um, enthusiasm. As you'll see, the little eggplants are getting bigger and bigger, perhaps because of the Epsom Salts. Evidently they really like magnesium. And there are a lot of 'em. I'm starting an eggplant recipe file.
